Insurance

Please familiarize yourself with your individual coverage. While we accept all of these insurers, most offer different coverage levels. We strongly recommend calling your insurance company before visiting. Insurance contacts are often on the insurance card.

  • We are in-network for most Washington insurers

  • You pay a co-pay or co-insurance at the time of the visit

  • We file directly with your insurance company

  • After your insurance processes the claim, we bill you only if there is a balance

No Insurance?

No problem. Our fees are less than those of the ER. Please see our affordable self-pay pricing instead.

Lab Work, PCR Panels & Insurance

With some insurance, we must send certain lab tests to LabCorp for processing. Please be aware that LabCorp will bill you separately for services performed.

Cash, Credit, Debit

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay with your debit card or cash during your visit.

Workers Compensation

We provide care for various work-related injuries. Kindly verify with your employer to ensure our facility is authorized for treatment.
