Injuries

Health First Urgent Care provides walk-in care for nonemergency injuries in the Tri-Cities. Our clinicians may evaluate minor cuts, sprains, strains, burns, sports injuries, work injuries, foreign bodies, and some fractures. Walk-in care is subject to availability, and the right care setting depends on the injury and its severity.

When to choose emergency care

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, shortness of breath, or a life-threatening injury or condition. If you believe an injury could cause significant bodily harm, or you are unsure whether urgent care is appropriate, choose emergency care.

Examples of injuries urgent care may evaluate include:

  • Broken bones and fractures
  • Sprains and strains
  • First- and second-degree burns
  • Sports injuries
  • Work injuries
  • Lacerations
  • Foreign bodies
