Diagnostic testing for nonemergency care
Health First Urgent Care provides diagnostic testing for nonemergency illnesses and minor injuries at our Tri-Cities, Washington clinics. A clinician will determine which evaluation or test is appropriate for your symptoms or injury. Services and availability can vary by clinic and by the care you need, so contact the clinic if you want to confirm a specific test before visiting.
Lab tests and screenings
Available testing and screening services listed by Health First include:
- COVID-19 testing
- Employer drug testing
- EKG testing
- Flu testing
- Pregnancy testing
- Rapid mononucleosis screening
- Rapid strep throat testing
- STD testing
- Tuberculosis (TB) testing
- Urine testing
Some tests may be processed at the clinic. Other specimens may be sent to an outside laboratory such as LabCorp for processing, depending on the test and workflow. Outside-laboratory services may be billed separately. Ask the clinic which workflow applies to your test and whether separate charges may apply. We do not publish a universal result time because it depends on the test and processing workflow.
On-site digital X-rays
On-site digital X-rays may help evaluate certain nonemergency injuries, such as a suspected broken bone. A clinician will determine whether an X-ray is appropriate. Visit the X-ray Lab page for more information.
